Agents pay their yealy HAR and MLS dues ( Mandatory) in order to access MLS service and Houston Association of Realtors benefits.

Commission Structure:

100% commission: 39.00 monthly fee
No minimum quota requirements
$ 275.00 transaction fee, plus E&O insurance  and
$ 45.00 rental transaction fee, plus E&O insurance
